no gua, i did managed to highlight it to the master n told him about that, according to him..the afterlife should not leave anything behind in human world., so i guess thats how the record gone after that? the night before we did arranged the bak kut teh, rice and some fruits on a table. chairs has been put nicely next to the table for the "guai chai" (ghost police) The next day we noticed the chop stick and rice we dropped on the table, the chairs is not at the right position.
Regarding that sofa thing.. to spice it up a little - it seems only SupraF can see it. It looks like a bra to me also! Hahaha

Looks like you better not read the ghost stories thread too late at night.....:hmmmm:Yesterday, night was relaxing myself with PES 2012 then after finsh playing, I switched everything off, went and switch off one of the lights then suddenly I glanced something white on the chair at my computer table and a face, then natural reaction, I turn and look again, I was shivering and heart was beating fast, thought I saw something. Lucky is just a white cloth on the chair and the
other smiling soft toy is on top of those boxes...bugger which forms like a body instead.

Last time, my friend's mom place rice, fish, fruits and some cakes to offer his grandma who passed on and supposed to be returning for last visit that night. Everyone were in their respective rooms as advised by the sifu so as not to confront them. Next morning his mom started to call everyone, grandma came back last night, the fish is gone and that is her favorite dish........late found the cat eating it in the kitchen.......

This one not surprising. Can mean reincarnation or some sort of representation. Heard a story once about a passing, and the 'dead' came back as a cockroach. The widow followed it to the room and it dissapeared behind somewhere. The widow searched and found a hidden stash of the dead persons belongings ($$$)
Oh! that is good. Came back to inform the wife....
My wife just inform me a few days back, something similar but do not know the significant of it.
My dad in law while alive have been looking for a pair of his leather shoes. Seems according to my mom in law have been looking for them quite a few years. Lately with dad in law demise, a few weeks later mom in law found them......:hmmmm::hmmmm:

No la, I sendiri go and scared myself thinking nonsense 1st that's why I got a shock and thought I saw something...
Cuz I remember my mum once told me that she saw a shadowly figure at the dining table sitting down. Looks exactly like my great grand mother. She said she recognise her well. That was late night during Ghost Festival as well.
So, after that my mum never dare look at the dining table when going to the kitchen anymore.
So, my imagination ran wild and it was 1.30am so adi past midnight and the chair and the doll
is near the dining table...that's why I got a shock. I need to walk pass there to my room.
Cuz my room is in the kitchen. 3rd room. Maybe is cuz we never pray during this ghost festival
ever since I was young. We never really burn anything or offer food outside before.
Most of the time just offer it on the God's Table alongside with my Ancestors.
So I told my mum, maybe Great Grandma was not happy that we didnt offer her food?
Or I ask her is it her imagination.?
She said "No, I can recognise your great grandma clearly. Is a clear shadowy figure with her
face...
Since you have ancestor table, your great grandma should not be back during ghost month, because as far as I know, ghost month for those soul, who have no one to take care of them, like offer food and other offerings to them....

Anyway I have some stories too from my friend she have this 3rd eyes and she always encounter this type of things. She mentioned to never keep soft toys or anything have eyes. She said something might stay in it. There once she used to put soft toys behind her car. She always meet accidents she also dunno why then suddenly one day her friend ask why one of your doll so black? Found out from a medium something is living in it. So she quickly remove it from her car. No more accident since then

Maybe long time didnt pray them during chen bing, my parents never go for more than 20 years to the cemetry.
Only me and my uncle went 2 years ago...but usually my uncle is the one who go every year...the
rest no one go...so might be because my ancestors are telling us why didn't we visit them
during those chen bing season....have yet to pass 100 years so not yet reincarnate.

Try getting dolls that look like chuck or the type where can close and open eyes...and when u press them, they will cry
I heard stories that this thing will usually possess soft toys that resembles humans as well or as long they have 2 eyes, a nose and a mouth...well... that's what I heard...

This I personally experience before. There this one girl called me at night she keep crying and said heart very pain , keep telling me her things are infected, and she feel her heart like got a lot of needle at first I don't really understand because the puzzle are in pieces. At that night I can't sleep I sleep I will get scared and wake up then I try sleep got scared and woke up again and again. It continue until morning. When I go to work I was like zombie. It's like you feel afraid to sleep but due to I am too tired I must sleep. The next day she didnt call me I was fine. It starts all over again when she call me. I have nightmares again can't sleep and zombie mode.

my turn to share my story. this is 100% true and happened to myself
when i was young that time, i used to work in 1 of the big hotels in kl, bukit bintang area. last time was young and needed money to study so i decided to work and support myself la. then the night shift got extra allowance so without thinking further, i decided to take up night shift permanently.
my job requires me to patrol on all levels of the guest room and look for anything suspicious or things that guest left outside their room. and also to make sure no strangers in the guest area la.
my patrol starts at 3.30am and finishes around 4.30am. about 10 floors that i need to walk total. last time those hotels in kl are quite old designs and the corridor light can be quite dim at some levels but being so newbie that time, my focus was only to do my job and earn the money.
i still remember my seniors telling me that some of the level are abit unusual as they the whole floor seems to be colder and such and i still remember till now that there is a room that they will lock it and never rent out to guest no matter how full the hotel. that time i was still young la, so didnt care much about it.
ok, to cut the story short, so i was happily working night shift for continuous 3 months. sometimes its quite shiok cos can sleep or lepak cos most of the boss wont be around. i remember on the 3rd month which is the hungry ghost festival (some time around aug-sept) that time. i was doing my usual patrol one fine day when i reach level 13 or 12 cant remember. when i reach the level and continue walking, suddenly i saw on the far end there is someone standing there (distance of where i am standing to the far end is about close to 40-50m). that time i thought it might be some drunken guest or some guest that forgot the room key. so i also walk over lo.
as i am nearing the so called guest, i suddenly saw that its not a guest and even it look like the shape of human, its like very blurrish and it doesnt have any reaction when i started walking over. that moment itself, i started to pause there. in my heart that time, i was telling myself not to continue walking over already. so i turn back and immediately run to the service lift and run down to security.
the malay security fella that listened to my story went up with another guy but when they got down to lobby area, they say no one is there. security also did a check on the cameras and it did not show anyone walking over during that time. my legs are so wobbly that time and then the security guy told me "biasa la" sometimes they also feel such things happen.
anyway, after that incident, i no longer work night shift anymore. i also quitted my job at that hotel not long after that.

Got but not daily, very seldom. Which is why my gf also scolded me. Say my family want the god
and the ancestors on the table for what when we don't even pray much...might as well
convert to Christian
or be a self-believer instead.Cuz her grandma said, if god long time never pray, the god won't be there anymore, in the end,
we might be praying those things who will go into that God's Figuring instead.
So, is like praying the Ghost in the end.
I told my parents before but they still deny and say god is there. I say, best to bring the god
to the temple and do it again...I say by right we must pray everyday.

talking about this, my mom like to display those small Guan Yin, or laughing Buddha at the cabinet. After months of displaying, one day we woke up noticed that the buddha is facing another corner and apparantly the Buddha have been moved before. Then we thought it might caused by something else or our family's itchy hand touched it, then we put it back at the right position. The following day, same thing happened again, so we decided to seek some sifu advise and sifu told us not to place or keep those mini statue on cabinet no matter Buddha or barbie doll. Some spirit might went in and stay thr for some time. Those on the altar is different because already perform prayer and the God is invited in.
