Everyone horn horn horn but still no sight of the driver...

Can you think of a good reason this Kelisa parking at the middle of the road???

The hyundai then tried to go around it, if not. Jam till the driver came back.

ehm... how do you know those cars parked at the disabled parking slot were not disabled person?(perhaps the photo taker witnessed the incident by himself, but those who simply put the blame after seeing the photos??) If the passenger was disabled, then they were already eligible to park their vehicles there, because they need more space to get in/out of the vehicle.

Nomelee, the cacat car can be regularly spotted with (big) decal indicating it was driven by cacat drivers inside. The decals are be to located in strategic location (high visible area) to inform other road users. Since the car has to be modified to suit the cacatness, therefore its only logical and important to inform other road users.

This is the requirement from the JPJ, if the cacat drivers wish to use the road.


I don't want to sound too generalise, but knowing the Malaysian-Boleh-Kiasu drivers, most of the cacat parking spot are deliberately taken by able-bodied person. And even if the able-bodied person get caught red-handed, they would casually reason that they didn't aware notice the sign.

Instead of hitting the car, better sell or give the car to the needy. The car didn't do anything wrong. The driver put the car there.

yes..agreed. Normally cacat people car or bike will have a decal with Pemandu Cacat or somethng like that on the back of the car and also a roadtax like sticker on the windscreen. They also have an ID to identify themselves. :proud:

That is only if the driver him/herself is disabled, then the vehicle needs a sticker. What if the passenger is disabled? They need larger space to get in/out of the vehicle too but need not to have a sticker.
