Of cos has to be spiritual laws la, we are dealing with spiritual beings. So the consequences will be a bit different than the real world one.

So if any dispute occurs, then how to resolved?I'm afraid, if there is any dispute, they put aside all the so-called agreement whatsoever,take the law into their hands..anyway, if they strangled us till death, neither police nor public prosecutor would dare to charged them..even no court or judges wouldnt dare to hear their case..case close...we are the losing party

a story suddenly came into my mind, was told by my colleage years back....

my colleague ex-gf was sick and have cancer, then she passed away not long after that, so my colleague attended the funeral and the ceremony went on for 3days. on the last day after the burial, a relative of the girl seek my colleague's help to bring a bamboo stick (with her name & chinese birthday) with some joss sticks and send it back to her house...this is because according to chinese beliefs..the bamboo carries the spirit and its to be guided by someone she is close with i.e parents, siblings or spouse/lover to back to her home....

reluctantly he agreed and brought the bamboo into his car and slowly drove the car back to her house....it was bout late evening, on the way he felt something was staring at him and then he smelt the scent of her ex in the car....all the way he can feel got ppl sitting behind him... and after reaching home, he whisper, its here, kindly get down and live in peace...all of us wish u to have a good peaceful journey or something like that (couldnt remember exactly) and got down...putting the joss stick and bamboo near the altar....he left....
when he got up the car...the smell no longer there....how true is it...up to u all to believe.....

My sis told me this story, which happen during her mom in law funeral.
During the ceremony, she kept seeing one of the young nephew talking to someone. After the ceremony she asked the nephew, who he was talking to? The answer....Grandma loh.....

If you stay in an apartment, have you heard a knocking sound from your ceiling? Its like your neighbour living upstairs playing ‘guli’ or making ‘sambal belacan’ using ‘lesung batu’. When I was staying at an apartment at sungai besi, I often hear this sound during night. Sometimes it happens every night. Even at midnight. Not only me hear it. My wife also can hear that sound at the same time. Even when my family came they also can hear that sound.

At first I just ignore that sound. I used to said to my wife that our upstairs neighbour is very ‘rajin’ because even at midnight they still making ‘sambal belacan’.

However one day when we go back to my wife hometown, according to my mother in law, from the CD that she watched, an Ustaz said that the sound was made by another creature. Not human. It always happens at the apartment. I don’t know all apartments or my apartment only. Then of course my wife is getting scared as we heard it very often.

I said to my wife that if we hear that sound again, I want to go upstairs and check whether our neighbour really making ‘sambal belacan’ or playing ‘guli’ or not. But wife said don’t go because if I really discover that our neighbour did not do that, she might be faint on the spot…hehehehe. So I never go to the upstairs when we heard that sound.

Than we just live with it. We only heard the sound. Nothing bad happened so far. Just pray to God to protect us from any bad things happened.

After several time, one night I have a ‘borak-borak’ with my neighbours talking about my experience. I told them about the sound and asked them whether they hear that too. Surprisingly, they said that sound is common at that apartment. One of them said one night his neighbour live downstair came up and knocked his door asking what the hell his doing during midnight. His neighbour thought he was ‘bertukang’ or knocking something on the floor. He said he is not doing anything. In fact he just returns from work and just finishes taking shower. Then his neighbour said OK and return back to his home. Both of them know ‘who’ make the sound. No need to make further investigation.

At that time I know that I’m not the only one that hear that sound. I did not tell my wife about my neighbour experience. I told her when we no longer live there. Now we are living in the terrace house. Confirm no neighbour upstair. If we hear that sound again, it might be a ‘bird’ playing on the roof.

This is my true experience. So guys who live in an apartment, have you hear this kind of sound? If yes, go check out what your neighbour is doing. I dare not to do that after hear my other neighbour story.

It's ok we lose the first round, when our souls go to hell we can appeal to King of Hell, or Jade Emperor or God in heaven, depending on what you believe... hehehe. Of course I would like to win the first round.

I stay in an apartment and many times I heard someone was playing marbles upstairs at night. Sometimes it was really annoying. I told my wife just ignore it so that she would not discover something worse than a inconsiderate neighbour.

i also experience that situation in my apartment now....before this it was a single guy staying above me......heard tables moving around & dropping marbles....when he moved out the sound was still there.......now new family with 2 kids moved in still there was sound...so wonder wat it is? even my neighbour infront of me can hear marbles dropping....it all happens 10pm onwards.

For the apartments, there's a logical explaination for it. I don't know about *those things* making noise or whatever, but the accoustics of apartments can be very misleading. In fact even my own house (landed property) I can hear or duplicate noises that appear to be coming from somewhere else.

Last time I used to stay in a shoplot, the upstairs toilet is usually near the back, I was doing my business close to 12midnight when I heard "ting ting ting ting ting" noise coming from somewhere. I got up, listened around the whole house and discovered some asshole using a jack to break a huge hole in the side wall (end lot shoplot) to steal the goods downstairs. Good think I have good hearing.

Anyway point is even if the sound does sound like it's coming directly from above, it can be a few floors up or even next door the upper floor or even your neighbour depending on the accoustics of the building.

I also encounter in my double storey terrace house.. but i think could be next door's kids as they always like to play upstairs.. it's only the sound proof is not that good for our house.. unless you are saying that you stay in a banglo and you hear the sound.. then it's nightmare!!!

I stay in a bungalow but in the old town style where the bungalow are not far apart. In the morning, my neighbor uses the toilet, can here like from my second toilet.....

But nothing connecting together between your wall and their wall wor.. eventhough not far apart but the walls are not shared/connected.. you shouldn't be hearing it unless it's not your neighbour.. haha..
