yes you are allowed to bring more than 1 :) What i suggest is best to bring a rod that can do multiple application...

Eg, jigging rod that can do bottom and popping
Eg, jigging rod that can do bottom

Myself bringing 1 spiral wrap for light jigging + popping, Thomas Stroker for heavy jigging, pop and bottom
