5/ Laguna is behind Shell. There's a slip road just after Shell.

You have to take a super duper high speed lift to get up there. On the 100th floor, you need to change lift to get to the next 100th floor. Currently, it's too expensive and dangerous to build a lift that takes one from ground floor to 200th floor, mar. Sorry about the changing of lifts, ok?

Don't forget to use an electric multiplier with 10,000 feet of lines or your jigs won't reach the waterline.

Types of fishes expected: Whale shark, Hammerhead sharks and other Jaws species. Oh... there's also marlins, humpback and killer whales. The more friendly ones would be the killer whale (free willy).
