speaking of IC, the other day late night news revealled that malaysian IC being lost is in ten of thousand in a year....MAybe the lost ICs went to the syndicate and re-make IC for foreigners...
On the subject of foreigners, I have been seeing load of foreigners whom are married here and even having babies when they are working here based on visa....How can a person with a VISA get married and have kids in Malaysia??
