guess wht guys..no point of reporting to the police but it is to be in a safer side, make a report and dun hope for more..jus in case that Altis fella made a report saying ur the culprit..u have to trace down by urself by goin to JPJ and pay them and ask for the address of that particular vehicle number..2 months back i was hit and run in SS15, made a report, call the police back after 3 weeks - 1 month and they told me ther is no result yet, culprit din report yet..i was like WTF!!!...u shud have send warning letters and stuff lidat..one day, my luck was reli good enuf to met into that fella in SS15, got down the car, ask that fella to get down. told him the whole situation ... the owner said it might be his frens driving the car..so took his IC number, HP number (remember to call to make sure), currently wher is he staying cus number plate registered in other states..and all stuff dat is relevant to the case..after 2 days his frens admitted dat he was in the wrong and paid me Rm 300 for the damage..the nex day i went back to the police station to close the case..and i ask did u send the warning letter or summons to the culprit, jus to make sure if they did their job in the first place..the answer i got was NO!!!...so it is useless even u r putting hope for the police to do sumthin..this kind of case u gota do wif ur ownself..but first lodge a report first jus in case anythin unexpected happened..

as from wht i see here, this unlce is bad enuf to be like dis..he knows dat he hit ur gf and shud not run away...as for my case, this dude din know or notice dat he banged my car - thats wht i heard only le - ....
but most importatnt is $$ to repair the damages..

u can go to PJ states to make police report, den u go to Shah Alam / Klang (forgot) JPJ to get the owners details..it will be easy for u cus it is registered here Selangor..so the owner shud be staying permanently here in KL...easier to track down unless car plate is registered in Ipoh,Kelantan,Terengganu,Penang...den it is difficult to track down..cus have to travel all the way down ...

hhhmmmm u can actually ask help from those call man...u can report to the police to get the police report...than can check out which insurance tat he is using and claim from them..but if the dent is small just go to some claim's workshop and claim your own insurance claim as third party so your NCB will still intake.....but make sure to make a police report to be on a safer side.....

yeah kena bang wont kena summon one unless u r found guilty oni..btw u can ask ZTH member, callman if u have any to track down this vehicle or u culd go to ur nearest JPJ to check that vehicle number but bring along ur police report jus to make sure..

Make the report, you are in the right. Then keep your eyes peeled for this Altis....but no need to resort to violance, if you do meet the car/driver, talk to him politely...there are ways to resolve this. Good Luck! ;)

Is like this lare, 2 months ago I coming back from KL so I go long kai subang area 1st SS15 area. Come a T-junction, i saw a kancil (stock) so I wait for him to pass. I wanted to go because he's driving quite slow, but then I brake again. Then he taking his nice sweet time, i'm fine with that. By right, i must wait. That faggot pass by me and start showing verbal sign like mumbling while staring at me.
Another incident, this mother fucking bitch I tell you I hope she rott in hell. You guys know the Esso station near Everco? ok I'm coming out from the workshops area, turning left .. I didn't look because I don't have to, i only drive and whack left turning at normal speed, this old saga aeroback came straight all the way, by right the car should turn left into workshops area. I don't know why the fuck out of sudden there is a car infront of me, just inches she nearly bang me. She is agaisn't the fucking law. That time I'm fucking pissed and stunned for few seconds. She didn't bother to stop and apolagize or something, speeding very fast. Then I quickly give chase, reaching bumper to bumper I horn all the way no fuck .. didn't know is a bitch, side by side with her she dare not look at me. The moment I saw is a female driver then I start 'Duh!' I wanted to stop her, and ask her whatever bf or husband to come and talk to me. Btw, the exhaust muffler is modded.

One thing good about our Police Force is. For non-profitable incidents ie. ACCIDENTS... You go to the nearest police station (of the accident site) to report. Then go to another police station to talk to the IO, then bring the report back to the Police Station that you lodge the report at. Then go home and pretend that you never report anything at all since they won't get back to you.

But if you want to pay summon, any Police Station will do.

Yesterday after work my gf went to SS2 police station to made the report. And guess what?? It took her bout 2 1/2 hours to made that report.... WTF??
She told me that the cops there were so slow, wanna take picture somemore. Plus she have to go back to the station the 2nd time just to collect her report..... :blink:
