Toyota Corolla PED8082 Hit & Run....

Anyone from Penang know the owner of this car ??? He just hit the back of my car and didn't even bother to stop and just drive fast fast away. Wat a bastard.... Just happened on 1.30am 18th Oct 2008.;

I was chasing him/her fr Bt Lancang all the way to Green Lane traffic lights and decided not to confront him/her as, if he/she wish to settle me, he/she would have stop there and then to discuss rite?? So, I decided to snap a photo of the car.

Now the question is, since i have the photo of the car with the number plate, can i just go and report and claim hit and run ??? I want to make sure that he/she will be in deep shit wif the law and of course to claim the insurance.

And if anyone knows the owner, please PM me.
