Bangkok Fishing
Thailand's chaotic capital, Bangkok, isn't the first place most people would think of visiting for a fishin trip. But actually on the outskirts of town and within a few miles of the metropolitan boundaries there are numerous lakes and reservoirs providing great fishing experiences. In fact, you'll find some of the planet's biggest frehswater fish in these Bangkok lakes. So expect a fight!
Bor Ngao Nam
Established for more than 15 years, this well-stocked lake offers the angler the chance to try his hand with some big Mekong Catfish, Tilapia and Snakeheads. The lake is around 1/2 km long by 80 metres wide, and varies is about 7 metres deep at its deepest.
The lake operates a stict catch and release policy, except on Tilapia and Striped Snakehead.
To get there follow Phudthamonton Sai 2 until the Todsakan intersection, then turn right and follow the road for 5 km. The entrance to Bor Ngao Nam will be on your left.

Lung Lee Fishing Park
About 300 metres long and with an average depth of 3.5 metres, this lake maintains a stock of more than Giant Mekong Catfish from 10 - 50 Kg in weight.
The lake is on the Suphanburi road, about 3 - 4 km from Talingchan next to Wat Lad Pla Duk on the left hand side. It is well signposted at the intersections along the way.

Buengsamran Fishing Park
This former quarry is now a truly magnificent fishing park - it's both an area of stunning beauty and home to lots of big fish. There are known to be over 40 species in this lake, including snakeheads, various types of carp and catfish and Tilapia - all in all a great showcase of Southeast Asian tropical species.
As well as the obvious draw of the fishing, the park also offers a very well stocked tackle shop and a lakeside restaurant offering plenty of tasty refreshments.

already confirmed one is CAMERON with my bro inlaw side only .. that one in NOV during skool holidays .. if u guys plan on going KENYIR in DEC then highly possible for my family and me to join oso .. stay at resort la of coz .. hehehehe .. more creature comfort for the kids and wife coz they go jalan jalan only and not fishing .. if boathouse then see how lorr ..

langkawi definitely will not be cheap laa ... maybe sifoo chai can get cheap cheap for us laa .. this one cannot confirm and oso dunno ... hahahhaaa
but good comfy accomodation will never come cheap at holiday themed places one lehh .. so bring family then ask them to suffer the poor or challenging conditions not a good thing ...
