First u need to know what they want, then tried to highlight ur personal strength which related to their requirement, and how they can be benefitted from hiring you.

but don't lansi until you say can do, but actually you can't do, or you say you know, but you dunno. that's bad shit man.

1. Tell me about yourself.
2. What did you most enjoy about your last job?
3. How would your colleagues or supervisor describe you?
4. What can you offer us that other people cannot?
5. What about this job attracts you? What is unattractive?
6. How long do you see yourself with us?
7. How would you describe an ideal working environment?
8. What are your weaknesses?
9. Why did you leave your last job?
10. How do you deal with criticism?
11. Where do you see yourself in ten years?
12. How do you deal with authority?
13. What do you think of your previous manager?
14. What is the riskiest thing you have ever done?

Best is not to get nervous, just take the boss as a friend. Try not to give too short answers like 'Yes', 'No' , because thats where they trying to test your English communication skills. Talk slowly and clear. :D

Appearance also very important, dress smart and make sure yourself smells good and comb your hair as well. :D

relax and take it as normal chat. If you were to chat with your friend, you shall know when you shall ask Question, right?

the boss should hire juz because u hv no work n need money to eat.....ehehe....jk

juz let d boss know by hiring u...it is benefit to them...no harm......

gv u one month trial la...if cannot then fire u lo....
