Need advice, any good Rotary mechanic in Malaysia ?

hmmm, maybe i will bring it in or sell it, because the oz guy paying me good $$$ ... but i think most probably i will bring it in ... test and tune ... i guess it only going to appear on the street end of next year ... so probably will run normal 13b for the time being ... if you guys want to take a look before i install probably mid of next year it will come in ... why? because i am buying the car now, need to save money to bring the bloody engine into m'sia ...

while you're still in aussie, get ur engine tune it first.....
don't wanna risk at m'sian's hand .... good old 20B.... don't mess around with the treasure....

they can maintain fully and make sure the engine is running exceptionally beautiful... then u bring it back to mount on what'ever chasis you can think of....

yup, i know ... but still need fine tuning, the humidity and weather is different from m'sia ... aussie tune car usually won't run smoothly in m'sia ... especially in high rpm ... thats what i heard from those ppl who run formula cars ...

I mean...the most outstanding NA rotary so far is still Amemiya-san's 20b and the famed Le Man's 26b. Which come to think of it, Ama-san's 20b GT car is alot quieter this year compared to last. Wonder why...

On the contraty. I lived in australia for 8 years without a single problem. Had friends with noisy jap cars. Its an issue when you look like a viet punk thats all.

In Malaysia, i;ve yet to be stopped by the police. Provided you don't look dodgy exhaust noise is the least of their problems.

Whats happening with the RX8 recalls? I hear Paralel imports are not covered!!!

Yeah.... The Viet punks always looking for a fight....

Recall wont affect me much i think..... My mod has totally voided the warranty.... PLus i just get my engine rebuilt...

Hey Joewe, sorry I didn't let you know when I arrived. Everything here is fine...just a little chilly though its almost the end of summer.

Uni's starting next month the 18th so now its damn boring sitting around and walking aimlessly in the dry wind...hahaha. Saw my first FD in town a couple of days ago and it looks exactly like CB's car except for the wheels...lol

Other than that, everything's pretty quiet. Anyway, hope you and your missus are well.

Find any part job yet? Good wages if u work in chinese take-away. Try to get ur NUS card asap. Everytime when u take public transport, watching theater or buying stuff just present it, it saves u a lot. I'll buy u "snake bites" if I visit UK in x'mas. A must try.
