coolblue- many rotary owners do not know that the car requires extensive mantainence. they buy it thining its going to be very cheap to mantain and some dont even bother with scheduled preventative mantainence.
the price of 5000 is set at 5000 why? because your other alternative is to buy a halfcut (which by the way,you have no history of) If we are to use the australian/american costing and charge their pricing then everybody will say wahh so expensive. the fact is for 5k i cannot even half rebuild my bmw. so whats the comparision here?
You get what you pay for here really doesn't apply to enthusiast whom take their weekends off and even sometimes working days to rebuild other rotary's for the simple fact-passion. if you have the money to spend and want the best money can buy then ask NASA to rebuild your engine. Opps, even Nasa has had launch failures. so in essence you get more than what you pay for 5000 but you'll never appreciate it because that 5000 was never planned for your car anyway.
