This must have been one of the most funny system I've ever encountered in my entire life!!! It basically reward quantity rather than quantity. A person can get promotion by just coming to pejabat on saturday and sit there until balik.... What if a teacher is very efficient and finish his/her job on weekdays? This teacher will not be considered for promo???

Remember when the time at 2ndary school, time was more than enough when beginning of the year....hohoho....rush at the end of the year normally....dunno y always not enough time when near year end......
