Yes. It's the setting in the 'spreadsheet like' table difficult getting it right.

My car now can boost to 1.5 bar. It was due do a leaky vacuum pipe where I tap for boost meter. On Monday, boost drop to 0.6 bar and just now while checking, it was 0.4 bar. Ah Wah thought it was boost controller or actuator but both are ok. I'm really happy now.

Everything is fine. Why you ask about head gasket and piston? No need reflashing. The tuner coincidently was at Ah Wah's place, so he checked it just now. Verified OK.

Ah Wah has tuned quite a lot of Airtrek with the same Evo mods like mine. Recomended boost by Ah Wah is 1.5 bar and many has run SAFELY without issues. I asked Ah Wah what is the trashold, he said not to go above 1.8 bar.

As I was tuning the boost controller yesterday, I had a few occasion running 1.85 bar! Hahaha...

Anyway, pickuped this morning with my family in it, damn it's nice to drive. Haha... at 1.5 bar now, I think I should be getting 260whp as opposed to dyno'ed 241whp @ 1.2 bar.

I wanted to boost it at 1.5 bar but it max out at only 1.2. This is due to weak actuator. I need an external wastegate I guess. That's the next thing to do.

Bro, are you planning to use external wastegate to be placed before the turbo, or after the turbo?

Most of the setup is before turbo I think. But my boost problem resolved. It's leaky vacuum pipe.

Usually it's weak valve springs. Not bad for stock.

stutz, i need to change my valve seal bcause my exhaust now has white smoke. last time ah wah quote me 350 for changing valve seal. is it the charge together with the valve seal it self or without? i want to change it during this weekday as i have something to do on weekend bro..

I just change last month for Rm350 at Ah Wah. Only regret should have change the cam spring together but did't had the knowledge of it untill i read some info over here.Its about 3 to 4 hours job. Better go early

dont worry resh. our stock cam is still ok. just the evo valve spring is better at high rpm..

Better to ask Ah Wah what is the 350 package. Sud be inclusive seal itself.

I just came back from Ah Wah. Aircond compressor boom. Car stranded roadside. All fix now for rm1105 including full service. Painful but glad it didn't happen when I travel long distance which is soon.
