PICS: Speedruns Convoy + TT to Seremban (29th July 2006)

Here's some pics on our last weekend Speedruns Convoy + Dinner TT in Seremban.

The entire trip lasted less than 5 hours where members meetup around 4pm in KL and 'shoot' straight down to Seremban.

In Seremban, we did some town & 'kampung lorong' rounding (thanks to Kampoon bring us around his hometown) before we stop over at the re-known Performace Shops, Hock Ming (aka Advan Racing Sdn.Bhd).

As we were all 'jaws dropped' with the items and busy browsing ard, we realise we forgot to take any pics from our visits there (in Hock Ming) therefore what we had is only some pics from our convoy and our Dinner TT.

Of course, before we move back to our Dinner, we had the permission from our Muslim members to stop over the famous Seremban Siew Pau (non-Halal) bakery to buy and 'bungkus' a few of the famous chicken & pork Pau.

We were suppose to meet-up with a few Seremban members for TT but they were working and can't join us unless it's very late. Hopefully we can meet them up next round.

The last stop is at the A&W restaurant in Seremban town and after our feast there, the convoy SPEEDs home leaded by super duper fast you know who's Evo IX !

Welcome to the MLOC forum.

Evo 5 quite difficult to get in market coz is not much anyway in production compared to others. I suspect it should range between 100-110K considering Evo 6 is priced ard 120K++ nowdays.

Anyway, there isn't actual market price coz all sells varys with performance parts and condition the car comes with so is never wise to stick to 'market price' as the sole deciding factor to buy a car such as evo. Always look at it's condition and parts that comes with it as its going to cost you a 'bomb' to repair or maintain if it's unproperly taken care of (can be rojak mod or simply lousy maintenance) by it's previous owner.

As for the 2.0L CC, Is definately 1997 S.P on the road tax (means 1997cc). The engine block of the Evo 5 (4G63) is unmistakenable if u are referring to comparing it with GSR 1.8 turbo or Evo 3 (reverse side) engine outlook.

Suggest you open a new tread and post outside in MLOC main forum to get more attention as you're currently 'hijacking' our Picture tread ! : )
