Bro, is your car still under warranty ? If so go get it changed by Toyota.
Some times the wwrong usage of bulb will also cause this problem.

wah... vios also got such problem occur arr??... aiseh...
mayb ur light not alligned properly leh... mayb ur left side shine lower than ur right side... if no problem with ur bulb or wiring, try adjust ur headlight allignment...

yea i think allignment was out.. ahha i adjusted it.. and it looks fine now.. thz guys
