hey, I just had this thought in my mind and I forgot to ask you. When you buy tickets for the plane flight, weren't there specific seats that were asigned to you and your family? That's the usual case when buying flight tickets, right? If specific seats were asigned accordingly to all passengers, then what's with people simply choosing a seat then?

he somehow scolded the air-hostess (sorry i dunno how to spell) bcoz he has to sit far a bit from his wife...

Fighting for your right is just provided u do it appropriately.. last night i was in Jusco Pyramid (Sunway), there was this middle aged dude (in his mid 40's) well dressed and all... was standing infront of me at the cashier. When he finished paying for the groceries that he has bought, it was my turn. The cashier then proceeded to scan the items i have placed at the counter, suddenly that man raised his voice

"Kenapa u bagi saya balik baki tak cukup?!!"

at first impression, i thot the cashier was embezzling money... then the cashier replied corteusly and softly

"Encik, hanya 4 sen, bagaimanapun, kerajaan dah tak guna syilling '1 sen', itulah sebab kami tak bagi baki 4 sen"

Dat dude:

"So? itu masalaah saya ka? 4 sen bukan duit ka?!!!"

in a manner as if she took 40k from his wallet...

I was so pissed bcoz he was standing infront of me, all done and should be gone but yet, he's standing there wit one arm on his hip and the other pointing and gesturing at the cashier arguing and WASTING MY FUCKING time over 4 cents... when the government has abandoned the values of 1 sen coins... wtf??!

the cashier got so fedup (but still maintaining her professionalism, smiling and responding corteusly) that she said "Ok encik, sabar, kami akan bagi balik baki kepada encik".. then she returned 10cents to him.. this time he said "mana 4 cen saya?!!!" she had to tell him again, encik, saya dah kata, syilling 1 cen dah tak guna ....

he could be retired early without much thing to do......its common you know my lovely retired dad will go complaint 30 mins to the restaurant manager for the fried noodle taste too salty.

when u r retire and find ur time too boring maybe u will do the same :P

Well that guys in blackhowling's case is one weird dude. I think the cashier have to bear the other 6 cents just to shut him up. But he still insists on 4 cents?! ?Yes 4 cents is money. But not to the extent that giving u back 6 cents more is a crime!
