fred, the piston if cut shorter , if wun shorten the lifespan of any parts also kah? i think sometimes some things in the car is build "like tat" for a reason rite..? if we cut it , wats the negative effect? other than more response...
 
nitrus, manufacturer manufactured da thing for conservative use so its up to any individual with enuff creativity and ideas to do those thing. and most of u guys are already very big/matured enuff to think wat shud be done and wat not to do... :p

aiseh sifooo.... i thought wanna try with performance plug mah... at least if no difference, i wont buy it next time... but now it is worse, less power than my cheap cheap normal previous NGK.... thats why make me geram only.... grrr....


about the clean carb, am i on the right track spraying on top of the carburettor arr??... anywhere else can i clean it??... the manual on the bottle say it can be sprayed all over the carb, including the entire exterior surface... i also doubt la, thats why i spray inside only....:regular_smile:
 
aaaa......what is cut piston???which part to cut it???..i tot after cut the surface/head piston, the compression will drop ler...

but as i know, what usually people do is skim the engine head to increase compression..

about port n polish..hmm...i not very prefer lah..will increase the fuel consumtion..huhuu..later will burn the pocket to pay the petrol:cry_smile:

may be what sif000 Fred did is

1. change 2 higher compression piston n skim d engine head

2. potong carb piston spring

want power = more fuel :bawling:

hahaha...hatta...cookie..you 2 lost tracks....la..not cut the piston....but cut the 'piston' on mikuni carburetor lar..for more throttle response..........

aduiii apa cut piston laa sifoo hatta, dat piston is carb piston bukan engine block piston maaaa, ur bday u blur d kah? :p
