Yup, VRC club have one member did that to his VR4. Giant turbo, gigantic inlet manifold, extra injectors, and NOS to achieve 600 on racing fuel. He mentioned use as daily is not good, and cannot use full power potential in touge. 600 only for straight line drag......lol600hp mark is a possible goal but not that straight forward though. A lot has to be done to the internals before strapping on a gigantic turbo. Not to mention it will impact the drivability if you use your car as daily. Stroker kits and aggressive cams just some of the basics. It will be quite a journey, share your progress here.
Sell house buy car.......hhahahhahahhahaYup... I know the twin engine setup. What I am trying to tell here is that new era engines has best of both worlds. Power and FC. It's pretty amazing... only if I have 400K to spare, hahaha...
Haha yeap, whole family sleep, eat and live in the car ya.. hahahaSell house buy car.......hhahahhahahhaha
not really...Bro. Edward, the T8 is twin engine hybrid, super and turbo charged with electric motor, sure more powerful with good fc. Looking at T5 specs they develop around 250hp only.....
Buy 6d.. Hahaha, who knows..Sell house buy car.......hhahahhahahhaha
Always remember that you can sleep in a car but you cannot race a house.Sell house buy car.......hhahahhahahhaha
Like from my NA transplanted to turbo I had to beef up the suspension. Will a 200bhp going to 600bhp need more serious beefing up?not really...
atleast the best we can get is twinscroll+ballbearing turbo....
that alone helps alone in driveability
If your chassis was originally made for a 150hp'ish engine, beefing up the suspension and brakes may be sufficient for below 250hp. However if you're gonna cross over to 300hp mark, chassis rigidity must be considered. Some strip the car totally naked and re-weld all the factory spot and added roll cage bal bla bla. Then you need also think about changing all the bushes and upgrading the lower arm etc. You have to do that before thinking about going to 600hp. At least this is what I would do if I want to push it to 600hp mark.Like from my NA transplanted to turbo I had to beef up the suspension. Will a 200bhp going to 600bhp need more serious beefing up?
Then is a serious mod dy, totally like prepare for track race......lolIf your chassis was originally made for a 150hp'ish engine, beefing up the suspension and brakes may be sufficient for below 250hp. In Cyprus, have open road to run your 600hp monster?Hey thanks for the comments but i have been building up to this for a year and a half engine has been built to take 600 bhp no problem all running gear is RS and 5 speed rs gearbox i am sure something will pop up that we did not foresee but hey shit happens lol and we are going to use a garrett gen 2 turbo maybe the link ecu or motec not sure yet and going to change front brakes to ap racing we will see what happens when we get it back on the dyno its going to be fun to see how far we can push this build
