strip everything from the down to the chassis...
then reinforce, with metal plating and riveting.
then reassemble everything and make sure all screws are tight n neat..
it done right, sure no sound for the next few year u own the car...

alternatively, ignore the sound until you trade in your car for any model which is not locally manufactured.
