Pro and cons of 6X9 3way speakers
this is wht im using for the rear
its a boschmann

will replacement of Boschmann component which with crossovers be good and better ? i feel the 3way is not very clear , bt definately the bass it produces is dam good

if u already have a sub, or planning to get a sub, dont get another 6x9

if u already have a good component set in front, then maybe u can get component set for the back.

if not, just get a coaxial (2way 6.5") speakers just to give some ambient music in the back. save up for good component set for the front.

well... wut's ur requirement lo....
if u got a woofer at the back.. the bass from ur woofer sure will b better then ur 6x9 so y wanna put 6x9 in the back... & if u r playing SQ no need to put any speaker at the back...

If you are planing to get a sub then you can forgot about the 6X9. Anyway I think you will feel hard to throw it, so the best way is to add a capacitor with the value of 100uf first. If you still want to use your 6X9 and sub, then it will have interference between 2 of them, you won't able to get a solid bass with a 6X9. A capacitor will reduce the bass from the 6X9, so you will have more voice rather than bass.

If you are out for sound quality.
Front use a component pair. Under your seat use a tune-up Boschmann sub

Behind a pair of 4" mids (no tweeter) just for rear fill.:shocked:

and pair it up with a nice dual voice coil 12" sub :shades_smile: via an electonic crossover - all you need is one 4 channel amp and a passive cross for the sub and the rear speakers. hehehe budget way!:angel_smile:

let say... the amp 4x75w RMS/4x100w RMS... front run comp ..rear run sub (DVC) & 4'mid.... ?????? sub ..somemore DVC 75w/100w rms not enough power laaa bro.. if U bridge it maybe got 150w/200w RMS ok laa...but for 4'mid can it take 150w/200w aaa.... amp gain sharing with sub... how to tune it...

The name of the game is amp draw. The 4" mid has been filtere to take signals 100 HZ and above. Now the triway x-over has filtered this off.

the characteristics of EMF theory is pecuilar. The higher the freq. the lower the amp draw is required. Therefore the 4" mid will never have a chance to blow, unless its impedance characteristics does not match the amp.

In a real world its better to have a 5 or 6 channel amp, where each speaker output can tune accordingly. betterwise is to put a parametric equalizer for each signal channel ( i.e. 2 channel stereo for most of our case) but then again my HO is only to make it cheap for JINKL.

not all amp can use it looorrr.... coz note stated there: A Tri-Mode or Tri-Way compatible amplifier is required... this amp can category more then RM1K++ one.. example my last time amp SS Picasso 4.480 & 2.440 can run in tri-mode.. for low end & cap ayam 1 how...
