mods on Accord CF4

CF parts from local co susah sket la bro. tried asking racecraft... nothing for CF4 then i have a friend selling CF hood for various car models... oso nothing for CF4. for accord CF4 nothing then for torneo like yours... sure less than nothing.

try sourcing parts from jap la bro... takkan ori CL1 pakai CF hood cap buaya sungai kot heheh... kalau CF4 SOHC cam aku OK lagi pakai cap burung gagak ke heheh

Carbon fiber bonet (front) really light, at least can save the weight for about 80%-85% from normal front bonet steel weight. But really frangile la & pricy too. One of my friend currently used it, bought from Japan. Even local racefraft is not originally & 100% made from carbon fiber. That y Racecraft product still berat. Price?... = Priceless la. Definitely have to order from Japan, tu pun kalo ada lagi.

But this one JDM ori really2 ringan. Lighter than Evo aluminium front bonet, in my opinion.

i'm using tein flex too. adjust to softest la... ok wat... melantun a bit only... with tein flex i think impossible to get comfort level same as stock.

your tein flex is a coilover set rite... i don't think you can change the spring on the fly like that since the damping rate and spring rate have been matched to work together. if u change, might disrupt the whole balance.

get an edfc... if wanna cruise with family set to softest... if wanna race with 4WD cars change to hardest, etc

if you dowan tein flex maybe can try aja's setup... stock euro R... comfy and performance orait...

Stock suspension performance is just alraight for a people like me, other people donno. Same goes for the stock car la.

But anyway, if u tein really felt hard, then my opinion let the absorber running in first, say within 1-2 months. Hopefully during the time, the absorber will perform it's best la. If still same, then donno la.

As for the stock absorber with after market springs, try to ask Anis. Kete dia dah datang dgn stock absorber + after market spring set-up.

Tu jer la for the time being.

So, manusia2 CF4. bila nak TT lagi?. hehehe

from HAVOC site, the visit is scheduled on the 22nd july but not confirmed yet. still kenot go la... have to be in KK cesss

In my opinion surely kenot fit because lain design maaa. chassis sume lain. civic EG ngan integra DC can share but not accord CF and CD i think.

But of course stock Euro R suspension is better than Sir la. hehehehe

Anyway, i got 1 set Euro R suspension ...absorber + spring (Front/Rear). Initially Kept as a stock. Sapa2 nak pm me la.

but frankly speaking, i've been running stock Euro's suspension so far...so far so good. No bumpy-bumpy whatsoever cause the suspension set-up tend to hold the bump for a while then re-bump again if driving on a very2 bumpy road & also help a lot during high-speeding at LPT mild bumpy hiway.

Corner ok lah for me, still can layan Karak corner at 160kmh-170kmh until tyre sound sreeeettt...(hehehehe)..of course thanks to the CL1 bucket seats. Not too high & not too low with 4 persons on board.

IN total, i'm quite satisfy with Euro's stock suspension set-up la. No pening2 like last time using Hotbits asdjustable. Bunyi sana-bunyi sini. And somemore save $$$ also.

But of course if u got extra $$$ to spend, better buy expensive one la.

Yer la, hari tuh lepas ko tukar rim DC5 tuh, aku ada test kete ko (tanpa kebenaran) round2 kedai HMS tuh. Boleh tahan keras jugak suspension set-up ko. Sakit bontot pun ada. Berbeza banyak dgn stock set-up kete aku.

Anyway, maybe Faizal can eloborate more on stock Euro R suspension set-up sebab one those day dia dah tried kete aku dah kat hway high-speeding & jln2 bumpy2 slow2. Aku nak cerita pun tak reti.

hi-speed cornering tak test sgt la itu hari tp aku rasa ok gak la. dah pakai kete FF takkan nak expect performance cornering mcm 4WD lak kot kan jd klu nk compare ngan skyline ke evo ke mmg takleh le... tp mcm ari2 ambik corner 90 darjah ngan kelajuan 180km/h ye tak. bagi aku good compromise antara comfort ngan perf le... ala mcm org kasi masuk EK9 py suspension dlm EKx le kot

pasal lowered tu yang tak berapa best tuh...lowered sesangat camber out...tak cantik satu, pas tu makan tayar x rata yang tak tahan....so lowered sedang-sedang jer...keras sangat memang x best especially long distance...

aku pernah guna spring cd+ absorber ek (Front)+ absorber perdana (Rear) kt CF 4-Sir aku dulu, can fit anymore, but t prob is keta tu terconget cam keta enko aja hehehehe !!my advice tak payah pakai lagi bagus :regular_smile:

My tein super street if put to softest....i think it's more softer than the stock CF4 suspension....

The feel not really good coz on uneven road...it felt like a boat....so i have to tune it stiffer.....of 16 level of stiffness....i put the front stiffer....i think now is on 8......and the rear i put 7.

So far....ok la....but it's bumpy.....as the previous post said.....sacrifices are necessary.....hahaaa...cornering....well....i didn't push it to the limit....somehow i felt the car can't do cornering well.....especially the EPS steering system.....which doesn't give too much feedback on the road...

Now i'm getting antiroll bar....have to wait and see if got improvement or not....
