Mods on Civic EJ6

guyz, i've bought the EJ6 last yr & still new in this modification world. So far, only changed da air filter system as shown, changed to extractor 4-2-1 with RSR ekzos, installed Pivot Volt Stabilizer & grounding wire but yet 2 feel any HP increase. Mine is non-Vtec, only single cam..fuel injection. Any adviz on the mods 2 increase the HP (besides convert into Vtec). That will be my last step. it'll b great to hear from sifu x2 out there on my questions below:

1. which spark plug & racing cable suitable for this model? any idea on split fire performance?
2. what mods can improve pick up 'power'?
3. what other mods can i look into?

really need sifu adviz.. vrooomm..

a friendly advice....don't waste money on SOHC non-vtec...especially on stuffs which u can't re-use for DOHC VTEC later....

just like mine la ur car... SOHC-non vtec manual. Anyway what i did was.... make up a bit externally... engine... didn't bother to mod because the engine's potential is not good enuf. like udeng said, better convert to DOHC VTEC.

or if got spare money falling from the sky can consider Low pressure turbo (LPT). u can read about LPT in asia.vtec.net

Indeed, it's a waste of money on SOHC. Save the money for DOHC transplant.

nope... did nothing to my engine. stock standard. i enjoyed its fuel economy to the fullest...less than ten sen per km.

the LPT project was done by aerotech. they use td05 from mitsu. i called them once to have the price... RM14k if not mistaken... too much la because the power output only matches first gen B16A altho mid range better than B18C (if i remember well).

go for DOHC VTEC bebeh... save money little by little then when money become bukit already... can look for decent hafkat and then....
