from the little knowledge i've learned about B16's, 4 throttle applications don't bump up the peak HP, but more on midrange ( correct me if i'm wrong ) you got the moolah, go for Omniman's 200 hp B16A recipe, won't go wrong, and I presume, if you do try to follow the tuning steps ( especially in the head porting, bottom end rebuild, cams selection and tuning, standalone or at least rechip the ECU, and gearing ) should get at least 180 bhp..well, we should get more sicne we have 97 RON fuel here, and at Cali, they have 91 RON fuel ( less power ). AEBS intake manifold is also a current fav there in the US, especially for B16A applications.
