Hi guys... I'm newbie here.. and I'm a DIYer.. so as for the headlamp wiring using relay ...I did to my previous car wira and my current toyota & my citroen .... using the same principle for any other installation of fog light or sport light or for your neon light or even for your amplifier cooling fan... maybe i can guide step by step how to instal it... the wiring is safe as long as you include the right fuse in the wiring ..30A maximum.. and get the fuse as close to the battery positive terminal. so if anything happend.. the fuse will blow up first....

The first step...
...anyway the easiest way is to buy the 90/100W cable kit from accessory shop.. and Brothers are selling it for $19.90 without relay and $28.90 with relay and fuse... they are H4 type upgrade.. not found any H1 type kit yet... or you can buy the components from Pasar Road for the 2 fuse box, 2 fuses 30A rated, 2 relay sockets, 2 relays -Bosch , 2 H4 female socket, and 10m wires (2 color -black and red - 2 to 3mm diameter)...everything will cost you less than $30 so buying a kit is recommended as the price is not that much or maybe less...

The second step...
The relay...normally have 5 terminal label with number 30,85,86,87... If you want to make your very own H4 kit... then the right connection for the relay is very very important.. otherwise thing might be worst...

u pl ha, y u just walk to accesories shop then just see the diagram at the back of ready maded packed for hid relay for headlamp. if u can't understand bring along pen n paper then copy. or u just ask permission from amoi work there to see the detail connection then make ur own diagram refer to wire colur like i do last time. or just buy the set. only RM30++ i think.
diy : all u need is,

1. 2 relay = RM 8
2. 2 relay socket = RM 4
3. 1 fuse = RM 0.50
4. 1 fuse holder = RM 2
5. 1 socket for source. = RM 3
6. 6 colour wire. (white,black,red,green,blue,brown)
7. 3 electric soletap. = RM 1.50

then follow the diagram to install. cost for 1st unit about RM 28. second unit cheaper then 1st wan.
