ya, will really appreciate it if you show how to wire the whole thing. if I just use normal bulbs with the relays and stuff, my bulbs won't become brighter rite? theoritically it won't. but who knows. [/b][/quote]
hi JasperSSP,
u did already??

I took the pictures of the wiring already but the place was too dark so it did not turn up good. But of course if you still want to have a look, here are the links.

Even I myself cannot make up what are the pictures, so good luck.

too blur laa...handphone cam ar??

Thats why I say don't complain. Sigh. Using handphone cam with low lighting. Sure la turns out like this. Camera is at home, thats why use cam phone.

Why don't go for HID ????
Higher Colour (6000K White, 7000k Blue, 8000k purple)Higher temp, when u reaching those Temp that will kill your bulb in shorter time (no matter Halogen or Xenon gas bulb) that the reason why those China or Taiwan HID bulb can't last long .....
But nomatter how hard u try, Halogen Technology still stay between 1200 - 1600 lumen .... the only chances for u to increase the lume by using Halogen wait untill Halogen Infra Red (HIR) Super Upgrade Bulbs get common first .....

HIR pic :

33% More Light Intensity than Standard Halogen Bulbs
50% Longer Lifespan than Standard Halogen Bulbs
50% More Energy Efficient than Standard Halogen Bulbs

Finally got the pictures up. Here you go.

starwing, can you give me the code for the relay? there are usually-off and usually-on relays rite (if that's even what you call it)? Should be using usually-off relays. we only require two relays? Or 4? 2 for low beam and 2 for high beam? And what kindda wire should we use? Thanks.

I just tell the acc shop felle that I need the wiring for the headlamps. Maybe one day I will take out my wiring and show you guys how is it look like. I dont know when because the thing is nicely cable tied and wrapped to the car.

The Wire comes with 3 connectors. 2 output and 1 input. Also there will be 2 wires connected to the battery. The relay's function is to control the ON and OFF function since its going to draw the power from the battery.

This is basically how I think it should be done. Is this correct? you really have no idea about the fuse and relay ratings?

No, the diagram is wrong.

Here are some pictures.

You will need to purchase 4 items.

The wiring, the relay and the fuse. Item number 4 is white bulb.

I suggest you change to white bulb because I have experience yellow bulb "pregnant"

The wiring got 3 socket connectors (2 Female 1 male) 2 relay connectors (Female), 2 fuse connectors(female) and 2 wire connectors(Connector ring).

Connect the male to the female socket from your car's head light. Connect the relay. Connect the 2 female to both bulbs.

Right now, even if you on your lights, there will be no lights. Continue and you will know why..

Connect the 2 wire connectors to your battery terminal. On 1 side of the bulb, seal the extra connector (the one from your ori wiring). Plug in fuse.

Kau tim.
