Bro., I think you read wrongly. 215/45R17 diameter is actually bigger. 625.09mm against 614.93mm but in percentage is only 1.63% bigger, therefore can be used. Your overall conversion limited is 3%.
The only thing you have to look out for in this conversion is your new rims offset. Too far out and you may have scrapping of the rear wheel fender problem. Also check the front wheels for clearance when doing full turn to leaf and right to see it does not touch the inner front fender.
But basically, you should not have too much problem with this size.....

thanks bro...hehehe.....

you are welcome.......
I am running on 215/45R17 also from 185/70R14, which is almost same diameter with 195/60R15.
Previously was on 16", so 205/50R16.
If you want a closer diameter in 17" can opt for 205/45R17, but lesser tyre choice....
215/45R17 size is very common.....

ohh i think 215/45/17 i ok for me...coz wan the 45 series at least still have the comfort there..is it?hhehe i never use 17/45 series but 17/40 series is damn keras...my wira kluk klak kluk klak every where near the wheel area..bushing cepat kong is is?ish...hahaa...

Yes, 45R17 will have better comfort over 40R17. Slightly higher sidewall, but I mentioned 205/45R17 not 215/40R17....ha! ha!
