i took out my ISC switch with the intention to ruin it...so dat when i fix back my FICD there wont be any interuption fron my ISC... but when i dismantle it... i f wound the ISC dirty full with carbon deposits.. so i gif a try by cleaning it using a white greasy spray(like WD40) on to it... after cleaning it i install it back... start engine n suprisingly found dat my idling is much much stable then b4 n the engine vibration is much smoother(but problem not completely gone)... after dat i when change my fuel filter... now i feel the car my smoother during low rev n FC seems alil better... normally rm20 i can get 100km the max... but now rm20 already reach 140km with alil more petrol... tonite im gonna pump again and monitor if the FC has improve.... other then dat i think i wanna ask my previous mechanic who did engine convertion 4 to do MUT tuning 4me... he does MUT 4 a minimal charge... if it can solve the idling once and 4 all gud lar....if not haf to change complete TB wit ISC, no other way can solve this problem...

ijo... mau tanya sket... electronic speedo meter tu sambung kat mana... dia dapat reading dari G-Force ke atau dari mechanical? braper rege beb? nanti kasi skodeng sket bley ar? kalau guna gforce, tepat ke bacaan dia. sebab dari apa yg aku tau... gforce nie bacaan dia kurang tepat contoh biler turun bukit, naik bukit atau rata... bacaan dia agaks berbeza walau speed dia sama... tapi sisih nilai dia sket la...

i got thr CF from skyline maniac...
12rm per meter... damn gud...
but very hard 2 do lar...
bcos the CF can be stretched but it doesnt stay likedat very long...
so its difficult at curvy areas...
but u can try....

WE CAN USE BOCSH HANDY TOOL... LIKE HAIR DRYER ONE. LEBIH KURANG MACAM ORG BUAT TINT CERMIN. OR WE JUST BAKAR SKET.

tq tq... tolong mesti boleh punye... highest priority for team members ma...

filter pasang kat kedai... susah jugak dia pasang sebab lepas pasang chk ade leaking... 2 x pulak tu... kali ke3 ikat mati baru ok.... merah macam nak meletup muka pomen tu...kesian aku tengok... tapi beb ... memang puas hati...very smooth and responsive... dulu bawak slow ade jerky sikit.... sekarang very smooth... dun have step the padel so much ...
lets c 4 a cfew days... then i comment on the FC...

i got diy punye hairdryer ma... bende tu boleh stretch tapi gam dia takkuat lar....
bukan mcm sticker aku yg lain.... sticker ini bila dah sejuk balik,kembali ke keadaan asal....
so sticker ni sesuai utk flat surface saje... curly surface tak sesuai...

use carb la bro.. .can join me... wakkakaka... im onli 1 4g91 carbie user here (from kl) another fren working in johor. like other forumer said, carburetor easy to maintain. but still hard to tune. like my ride. to get smooth but power. to many parameters need to set. as we know, normal carb only have 5 stage, but 4g91 carb have 6 or 7 stage. and every stage give big effect to peformance. (now im using normal 5 stage carburetor).

if u going for unlimited rev without any rev/speed limit, carburetor is your best choice. but if u're just going for drive and rembat and stop (tak nak check sendiri) i think better u choose injection. only sensors problem. but no need to be set frankly.


LancerTerabo,i think since u said the carb got so many level and hard 2 do to the setting wat if i go for fuel injection?but the ISC problem can it be solved?and alvin24 told me that i must find a workshop who has done transplant 2 a saga before cause there will be minor complications while doing this..does ah yoong in bandar tasik selatan can do transform for me..can any1 please check out 4 me..thankz

hi there bro... im a regular to ah yoongs w/shop... ah yoong just a saga 4g91 convertion last month... he has done many b4 dis... but the 1 he did recently was EFI not carbi...
maybe u call him personnally ask seek advise...tell him u r calling from 4g91 gang..

bro party joe thankz a lot man most probably im gonna do my conversion there..and im still undecided about efi or injection?wat do u think? i dun want any headache from the engine after tranplanting it so i will try my best 2 fix all the problems while im transplanting itself..i just need it 2 have normal power n be fuel saving...

bro...pls dont get me wrong... i seriously dun dare to answer that question... cos went tru alot of problem wit my EFI(but many guys here didnt)... espeacially to the TB...
i didnt feel all these problem wit my 4g13p carbie b4...it was so easy 2 maintain...
being in my current situation i wud go 4 carbie... fuel may be alil more... but then look at my EFI now...50rm =250km only...

other members pls help...

my suggestion...go for efi...u can modify more things like ecu and those electronic gadgets..and the stock engine got more hp then carby..
 
partyjoe...ur car now..hehhe FC like GSR leh..my car is still pretty much stock..nv touch those TB or intake manifold yet..im juz wondering if u have try flush ur engine?maybe it might helps?

ijoe...ur car wat engine...so fast wan? integra type r also lose to u leh.

the front part is all right in order
