alvin24....thanks for the info. Today i been driving 2 look 4 the adjustable fuel regulator....n i'll found shop name Speed Breaker... n so i ask for the thing. Guess what....it's RM600++ w/o meter...SARD brand make from japan. Wow it's dam expensive la.!!!. is there any cheap 1 kah. One more thing, about the exhaust pipe.......do i have to install a middle muffler.....only at back. About the s-flow tabung...where to use.....middle or back. Need help sifu.

Yer pdf is for engine service diagram. Okeh la... ive go through page by page. best guide line for beginer to know more about our engine. :d

alvin24 always share his experience in 4G9X engine, ya...what he claim is true, I still remember my first tarpet sound on the next engine start after I try to rev until 175km/h on the way to KLIA, since then another 2 times during engine cold start, but until recent oil change where I use 20W-50 mineral oil + STP oil additive, the tarpet sound noisy until I get mad every cold start, and I also have to take longer time to warm up my engine, it could be the engine oil too thick, my last 2 engine oil service using 15W-40 (Mobil Super S) and Castrol GTX (15W-40), only the Mobil Super S create 3 times tarpet noise, but this 20W-50 everytime I start engine I get mad....damn...I think we better dun try those oil additive

owh yeah....can you guys tell me oil code better to use...since i'm new using this engine...i planned to used Q8 motor oil..advise me...thanks in advance always ...by the way yong..ur using adjustables campulleys rite?..what material they made of?

I will always advice the guys using same engine to use Castrol magnatex, it is proven to reduce tappet sound.. its 10w40 if not mistaken..

I have the weirdest of all problem with my car.. my clucth padel broke at the mounting joint there, now my car stranded at opis.. damn susah.. look2 at half cut oso hard to get punyer.. if anyone of u have spare sell to me lah, need to get it done before end of the week. If not my GF kapak me for not going buka puasa with her :D .. btw, mine is hydraulic type..

Rossi....ur zenden 4-2-1 extractor....u are using extractor for 4G92 wan rite?
did u mod ur extractor for the O2 sensor wiring?
how much did it cost u just to install the extractor?

HOBOT.... i received yr PM... me no sifu lar bro... alvin is the real sifu... i learned alot from him... other sifu r yong n ijoe (injection division)... ayell n lancerTerabo (carborator division) n wirafly(auto division)hahaha... these fellas hav done extreme mods to their ride... so they have more experince then me cos my mods r considered 'small time' only...

ok FYI bro.... i use to have the worst FC here....it was rm50 = 250km only... i was running with FC for more then a year... so u know whr all my money went lar... during this 1year+ period, ive did so many things, visited so many mechs n do tuning ... all waste,no use... i only managed to solve the FC problem 3weeks ago.... how i solved them??? i install a fuel canister ... since my stock was carbie, it din have 1... so after i install this canister n changing my fuel filter as well... i did MUT tuning.... they adjusted the TPS which lari kawkaw... this TPS shud not be disturned in first place... if u adjust it, it can make yr whole car idling fuct up... makan minyak also... after all dat done... now my FC rm60=420++km... for yr problem... since yr engine is still stock condition... i think u need 2 get it properly tuned... but u cant do MUT tuning b'cos yr 4g91 wiring kahwin wit yr stock wiring aredy... so cannot scan for trouble code.... since u mention u have rpm going hi-wire... i think yr throttle body needs servicing or the stepper motor kong aredy... get this thg cheked first... cud be caused by sum faulty sensor also..... btw how bad is yr FC... lets say rm50 can get how much mileage... pls share wit us....

My 4g91 manual FC is RM60 = 400-420km, running at 2.5-3k rpm, izzit considered bad FC?

I've just changed my exhaust to a 2 inch pipe and a built in s-flow muffler, the foreman did everything for me, at first i was worry about the acceleration because all of u said 2 inch is 2 big for 4g91. But it does improve my car acceleration, and when rev high also feel smoother. Extractor i;m using the stock 1, mid until end cost me RM465, izzit considered expensive?
