Winfax On Streamyx

If i'm not wrong, you can't use an ADSL modem to send faxes. You have to use a dialup modem to do that.

You can't use streamyx to dial up to send fax. You need modem or you need to join those website which helps to send fax.

Winfax require dialup. If you connected to ADSL/LAN then you can't use. Same concept as normal fax machine.

Just install a cheap RM30 PCI modem and route the spare line out from DSL filter to modem. Sure can one. Which is actually using a direct phone line. ;)

You cant use DSL modem to send or receive fax.

Why not install external modem and share the same phone line? Both modems can co-exist.
