my car has a 1.5 manual...front change to 16 inches and rear change to 17 inches rolling..?
what will be the drawbacks and advantages as i'm gonna use the car as a daily driven,drink more..or pick-up slow...whats gonna happen..basicly..thx

u can expect higher fuel consumption,slower pick-up due to the addition weight n more money spend as tyres 16" n above r more expensive.

front rear may have even time of finishing their thread, petrol consumption higher....

since it's a FF, changing the rears to a bigger size would not hamper fuel consumption drasticaly.
Perormance loss is not that much either

You only problems is when you are now unable to switch tyres.
