hi there, i have this mitsubishi grandis chariot, the version b4 the latest one...more boxy looking ones, yesterday the battery just died on me. so i proceed to change one, due to the diff size of the anode and cathode thingy, it takes more than 10minutes to fit in the battery

after fitting the battery.. can still start the car, but right after that it stall again, and i noticed the idling changed as well, it became higher than usual.

to properly start it, i gotta turn the steering afew times right after i started the engine.

just wanna ask whats the problem. could it be the ECU settings gone? and any possible damages to the car after changing battery? or anyone knows how to set it?

thanks in advance

yup, ur ECU was reset due to the 10 mins delay. But ECU takes time to learn the proper running of ur car, so DO NOT adjust anything yet, just drive the car a few hours and it would be back to norm...

alright thanks... idling problem has gone...
but the stalling comes back if i didnt start the car for like 3-4hours :/
