At first sight,it may seem so fine as if nothing was wrong.YES,it's true!!
It looks so good in the showroom with spotlights shining directly to its glossy paint reflecting to you IRIS sending a data containing,'NEW PAINT and NICE CAR' to your brain and you're brain intepreted it as if it just so GOOD for rm59,400.00.
YES it's true less than RM60,000.00 you can get a MANUAL,5 person sedan in the foreign market and 8 person sedan in our local market(one family fits in all) with the PROTON latest techonogies which include Faulty Power Windows,Faulty ECU's and Faulty's Window seals with anoter special package of DEFECTED electronics and seals. The Best of it, it comes with a chrome plated with glittering fonts,'HANDLING,TUNED BY LOTUS'
Where else could you get that other than Proton's?Proton the Malaysia Goverment pets moving forward into high technology Heavy Industri having high aims competing with global market has finally introduced it first ever Malaysia Design car few years back before Milenium.
Proton Waja was the only thing matters during it's 'period' of time. Proton was really proud of it as it was even COMPETING with the german market in the UK's.
Proton Waja was the ULTIMATE.....ULTIMATE..*cough..cough..cough*....ULTIMATE DISASTER.
1.6 M/T max speed of more than 180km/h ,Proton Waja is the cheapest sedan in the Market.There's actually no reason not to buy this car though but having a deeper thoughts about it ,if you're a busy busy businesman that's travel around MALAYSIA 24/7 or a BUSY BUSY market man wokring everyday and having no other time for other things than i would say,WHY NOT BUY A TOYOTA.
As far as your are concerning, If only you are free enought to bring your car for extra maintainance + routine maintanance every once a month or if you are lucky enough you'll get to know your mechanic first name in let say a week or maybe two.
Well, the only reason to buy Proton cars is CHEAP and BIG.

i was wondering who wrote this....i think he/she might be a waja owner.. who facing alot issues on his/her waja........i do agree wat he/she wrote for a previous waja......but as a 05' model waja owner...i would say its quality is improved compare to previous model..........yah...u might need some time to fixing up some issues once u get da car...jst forget....a car parked under hot sun for couple of months..more or less sure got some minor issues....

seriously..RULE of thumb is if u wanna buy a car dont buy Proton or perodua..get Used Jap or conti...
I drove a waja for the first time, last week..it is hardly 3 months old. Already the windows are slowing down and it seems they will one day wont work. I was dissapointed with the Driver position and also the steering. it doesnt feel rite.
Plus points for the waja is the ride..it is acceptable..
too much engine noise..badly assembled interior..already some parts can be moved by hand...
..yes this car is only 3 months old..

Waja air condition, the air blowing angle is limitted and always blow on my eye and chass.... so uncomfortable!!!!
