Im looking for Sub woofer and amplifier to matching with my HU and Speaker.
Currently i have a Pioneer DEH-8650MP and 1 set Focal Polyglass 165 V2 at the front of my car. My budget for Sub woofer and Amplifier is 2k. please advice what brand i can get it.

you can convert directly.

TC 3000 15" = USD 395 X 3.6 = RM1,422.00
TC 2000 15" = USD 325 X 3.6 = RM1,170.00

I dont know about tax rate as I am currently in a duty free island, so I am not worried about those.

Anyway shipping would be my biggest concern. I am in the middle of either TC3000 or Fi Q , whichever has the cheapest shipping.

for 2k both sub and amp, to get something good with decent SQ u have to look at the used items for sale in the local ICE forums, like gr8tunes, mycarhifi and icehifi. try to look for audio system amps, they suit your focals nicely, if can up budget can look for audison and steg too. for sub, focal polyglass is also good and not that expensive either.

I think with RM2K you can get new 12" Type S subwoofer and MRD600 amplifier from Alpine in which the SQ is decent for your budget. Stretch your budget a little bit and you can even get the Type R SW. If you are thinking to get some European stuffs for both amp and SW then I think it is "Mission Impossible" unless you willing to settle for some very basic and entry set up.

maybe can try look for 2nd hand Euro amp...with RM2k budget can get a good used amp..
