I must congratulate Race Craft for their products & services. I've bought produts from them and have been quite happy so far.
But there were 2 incidents I must highlight to RC. I realize that sometimes the products after placing deposit, it arrives later than expected. You know la, sometimes 'ulu' people like me wait anxiously, then later when call to ask and get to know that the stock has not arrived, feel quite dissapointed. Happen quite a few times to some of my friends too. One of it was the SMG front bumper.
The 2nd incident is that besides the partners, other staffts working there does not have good knowledge about the product and are not friendly. I went to the shop in July this year and I waited and waited for someone to serve me. Obviously both partners were not in. Wait so long and no one came to serve me. Then I decided to walk to the counter there. There was a girl. She was busy talking on her hp..after I stood in front of her for 3 mins and realize she wasn't gonna end her call, I walk to the shelves to see other products. Then she said "Sir, you slowly see first if anything you ask me ar"..before I answered anything or nodded my head, she hurried outside to smoke. I was so angry and wanted to leave the shop. Wasting my time..
Then as I was about to leave, 1 girl from the sofa ask me whether anything she can help me. So I told her I want to know the price & available stocks of certain things. She politely apologize and said that she would check the price for me as she is not working there and thus don't know. After calling one of the partners and gave me the price, she ask if I could wait as someone in charge would be back in 5 mins. Less than 5 mins, Marco came and served me.
When I read about what others commented about RC, especially in some posts, I thought the same too. My friends told me that that counter girl has bad customer service attitude and tends to look down on you if you don't drive a nice car. If that's the case, I think RC should do something about it. Get someone with a professional & diplomatic attitude, who would treat and respect people regardless of what they will/will not buy, or the car they drive. I may not buy today, but who knows I might buy some other time. If not, it will tarnish yr good reputation since you have good products and service all along.

. I'm a proud owner of a Proton Inspira 2.0E. 2012 model, purchased & collected 30th July 2013 which makes my car is only 6months old. All 4 tyres are Continental which came with the car.
