This is my first post here and if I did not post it in the right place, sorry ya.

I must congratulate Race Craft for their products & services. I've bought produts from them and have been quite happy so far.

But there were 2 incidents I must highlight to RC. I realize that sometimes the products after placing deposit, it arrives later than expected. You know la, sometimes 'ulu' people like me wait anxiously, then later when call to ask and get to know that the stock has not arrived, feel quite dissapointed. Happen quite a few times to some of my friends too. One of it was the SMG front bumper.

The 2nd incident is that besides the partners, other staffts working there does not have good knowledge about the product and are not friendly. I went to the shop in July this year and I waited and waited for someone to serve me. Obviously both partners were not in. Wait so long and no one came to serve me. Then I decided to walk to the counter there. There was a girl. She was busy talking on her hp..after I stood in front of her for 3 mins and realize she wasn't gonna end her call, I walk to the shelves to see other products. Then she said "Sir, you slowly see first if anything you ask me ar"..before I answered anything or nodded my head, she hurried outside to smoke. I was so angry and wanted to leave the shop. Wasting my time..

Then as I was about to leave, 1 girl from the sofa ask me whether anything she can help me. So I told her I want to know the price & available stocks of certain things. She politely apologize and said that she would check the price for me as she is not working there and thus don't know. After calling one of the partners and gave me the price, she ask if I could wait as someone in charge would be back in 5 mins. Less than 5 mins, Marco came and served me.

When I read about what others commented about RC, especially in some posts, I thought the same too. My friends told me that that counter girl has bad customer service attitude and tends to look down on you if you don't drive a nice car. If that's the case, I think RC should do something about it. Get someone with a professional & diplomatic attitude, who would treat and respect people regardless of what they will/will not buy, or the car they drive. I may not buy today, but who knows I might buy some other time. If not, it will tarnish yr good reputation since you have good products and service all along.
 
He did mention SMG bumper...might be a bmw or was it his friend's ride.
 
drove honda there. maybe that's why service not so good..but last time wasnt like that. anyway sien with them already..am now just waiting for my products to reach and get them. that might be my last purchase from them. coz call them to ask, they keep saying coming by when and when but tak sampai also.. then call them, they dont answer calls, leave message also no one return call.. sometimes when the line get through, they say busy and will call balik..wait n wait but din call.
 
I plan to pay a visit there but after the statement given, really need to reconsider.
Hope when I pay visit next time, It will be diferent story. Anyway, is there any good feedback beside those negatives? Or more negatives feedback to come.
 
ermm... nowdays RC hav a lot of (-) comment aready...
 
but what to do other shops that selling CF stuffs got a lot of -ve comments than them, so i think even with the (-ve) comments they still the best in malaysia
 
well, i guess it helps if u tell that person directly instead of posting it here as it wont help RC's customer service level nor improve your current problem
 
try this visit RC with a cheapo run down car
see hows the service as compared to to driving a new merc.
i wonder if you get served differently.
if thats the case i've nothing to say.

normaly most of the shops are like tat especially performance shops.....they will recommend u their products based on wat car ur driving..

by loking at the car u drive, they can know roughly how much u can spent....

i went to one of the shop at sunway before with my kenari, looking for something. the staffs not even bother me...so i n my frens just seeing around n walk off...

the other time i with my subaru, u can feels the difference in their service directly....

try walking into a Tag Hauer shop with bermuda and a nerdy look....
kekekeke...

than unintentionally showed your wallet full of "Gold" card while talking on the phone and searching your wallet for a peice of paper.

Hypotically you'll feel the difference in customer service right away. 360 degree change!
Happened to my friends cuzzy which is loaded but sayang...a nerdy look and kampung boy style..

hahahaha
