thats good to hear...hope u can help update me when the event comes about..scared i missed the forum news and didnt see it... thanks bro..

no sweat dude. There will only be one track day free in October after the MotoGP, then Nov 13. And that's all for the year. Sad but true.

there's always Pasir Gudang to consider :P

Pasir Gudang is like BT3, eats tires like hell. Wouldn't recommend it if I were u!

hehe tombstone, my driving like aunty ler~ but okok if i come back soon i'll join!

Pasir Gudang, despite the Tyre Shredding surface, is one heck of a circuit. In a Satria R3 (stage2) it is a circuit that begs to be attacked.

Turns 2 & 3 a flat-out in 4th over crest left hander that's followed by a braking area into a tightening Turn 3 (left hander) is an eye opener.

Turn 6 is another one. Downhill flat in 4th, you lift-off (or dab the brake a little, depending of grip, speed and bravery). Turn in, hug the apex as the car slides to the exit, which is climbing again, keeping it tidy to carry the speed into the uphill left-right of Turn 7 & 8.

As you reach a crest (where you only see sky), you have to slow down just beyond it coz here comes the tight right-left (downhill) chicane (9 & 10) climbing over the rumble strip to carry the speed to the final Turn 11 ( a gentle curving left) into relatively tight right Turn 12`

The great thing about PG is that the Turns either apex at a dip or over a crest.

In other word BRUTAL.

why ftz...good or not ?

FTZ Sport by Silverstone is well known for track use. Hard compound, can take quite a beating.

But don't expect handling of the SR3 to spec. The SR3's suspension was tuned based on the Yoko AD07s, so using another tire will definitely NOT result in the same level of performance.

I wouldn't trade the ADO7s for the world really. Luv them to bits. Unless you give me some semi slicks of course! :D

Crash, change to FTZ Sport Type RR ler... hehehe.

I bought it on sale for £40( retail £89 ) so it is equivalent to somewhere around rm280-300.Offer me a price faisal....reasonable price la kan.Hiyyaaa, just buy slick tyres la bro, designated for in track use.off track....change back to your normal street tyres.Better I think.
