The moment you step out of the police station, your report is as good as 'settled'. Unless you insisted on follow up but you may end up getting them piss off. Some even asking for a bribe in a daylight!
And they are controlled by the 'people in power'.
Oh! and they are more interested with big case like drug busting so their could have their faces on the media and promoted in no time.

Not all police are 'bad' though. quite a number are hard working and honest but their reputation are superseeded by the bad ones.
You put the fresh apples at the bottom, and stack the bad ones on top of the bucket. When the other open it, they will not even bother to check out the fresh apples at the bottom...lol.

Anyone of you were a kid who admires the police? Especially after watching some movie or program and joining the police force became a dream, an ambition.

I strongly believe most of the younger police officers are very honest, responsible, and honorable at the very beginning they join the police force. It is the culture of the police force that corrupts them into evils and lazy scumbags. The head of the dragon must be chopped off. Too bad we didnt manage to ubah...so everything will remain the same or worse in this coming 5 years...amen.
