need gd opinion on water injection.

lolz... its the low temperature that make the air cool... and the rain that make the temperature lower....

explain also explain la baik baik... later kena shoot again i laugh till die lor....

nice product here skywalker.

About the cool air and rain...here is the details

- When temperature is LOW, atoms move slowly (imagine 100km/h, something like solid material). This means they are closer together.
- When temperature is HIGH, atoms get more energy, and therefore, it bounces back and forth (imagine 500km/h, between other atom) faster, which makes it spaced further apart (something like water)

So, taking the examples above (solid vs water), solid is much denser than water, which means it is more pack (dense).

Conclusion : Cooler air is denser. Driving at night or in the rain, actually helps the engine to 'breath' better, and should improve FC.

but what i experienced from it, water injection theory is not applied like this... the water doesnt cools down the intake air.... instead, the main benefit of it is to increase compression a little bit because water is denser than air.... thats why u need to spray fine mist into ur combustion chamber, and not put a drop of water inside...

100bhp... muahahaha...
little bit also wanna dyno, so free arr??....

wait i buy new car... den dyno... if the bhp figure not up to what its written in the brochure, i go sue that company for millions....

erm... explain in words vr hard ler... u need to first understand the basic understanding how this stuff works....

after that, find any vacuum hose that is connected to ur intake manifold... if u driving proton with standard carburettor, tap to this hose...

i got ur point bro.. nice ~~ :congrats:

but.. need sum favor bro...

where is the vacumm hose for kancil 850 stock??...

is it applicable to kancil engine too??

hehe.. thanx u very d mush..

Nice thing there bro. If i corner hard and it sucked a drop of water in then how?

ive heard from one of my friend (mechanic). he said please becareful with this water thinggy since it might make ur piston ring rusted. dont know how true it is... is there any comment on this?

Possible but unlikely kot??Because piston normally covered with lube oil?? my 2 cents

if in long term, it is quite possible lor...

anyway, i've removed mine already... better stick back to basic architecture of combustion engine... adding this n that without known proven result somehow worries me....

Most likely by using that bottle water injection, you will suck air a lot and this alone will lean the mixture, and you will have problem sooner or later.
I have done this, but someone(drex or guan) warning me about damaging valve seal.

Water Injection can be done properly with pump 60-100psi to fog the water coming out of the nozzle.
you can buy the Shurflo pump from herehttp://www.northerntool.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_6970_9414_9414

I have buy the pump and solenoid valve, still looking for mist noozle and pressure sensor switch.

shurflo ? huhuhu .. i like those pumps ...:adore: .. works like a charm ... this is my car with the shurflo for methanol injection .. but no more .. the car sold like .. err 2 years pluss back ... i wanted to find it back but never ever did found it .. :bawling:
