Acoustic, we can talk definitely but I might not have the time to practically do the magnetic pulley thing at the moment because of my limited time that I can spend on my car nowadays. I could throw some ideas out and share with you though.

Just my 2 cents worth here.... that you might have known.

Many a times, light steering can be cause by height, camber and alignment configuration which is not suitable for the car suspension setup which I've found out later after an expensive lesson... (long story)

The other solution which I've done on a friend's car is change the power steering pulley to a bigger one (mod slightly to fit) which you can source from "potong shop" to turn it slower.

As for the stator magnetic pulley, I think it can be done but needs quite a lot of fabrication to make it work but it'll be very different for different makes of cars.
 
any of you guys here ever experience or know about putting an sc14 into ae101 (replacing the existing sc12), what are the cost? and any setback?

I know that turbo sang did this to one kembara if i'm not mistaken wa in the magazine sometime back.
 
hi sifu speedchaser. you are really sifu lah, people tell me one.

I've considered the bigger pulley..... but no space already. Unless I make my air-cond pulley smaller 2 inches and make the power steering pulley bigger 2 inches lah.

Still the switch for stator pulley is good I'll talk to some local people about it
