Help Speed Limit problem

guys, u all facing the problem like that before please help me how to soft the problem

When i using D3 - my meter can go up to 191 km/h when i change to D4 the meter drop until 180 km/h while now i put in the RSM for speed cut but it seen like nt can be done. who can help me on this?/??

my car is Civic Auto Year 2000

i really need to find out the solution to fix this problem..........

change to manual lerrr.last time,mine only 170km/h at D3.after that cut off already.

i really need to find out the solution to fix this problem..........

at the speed cut, wat did u set? OFF? 170km/h? 180km/h? 190km/h? or 200km/h? try set it at 180km/h. by default ur car should have speed cut at 180km/h if concure to jdm la. n the rsm needs to know at wat speed is ur speed cut. so i think ur should set the cut at 180km/h. those other figures r for other cars. for example, 160km/h is for K-cars.

RSM can able to set the Speed Cut? or that is fuel Cut?????????
i didnt set any Speed Cut Off because i use default that people set for me
that day i try on the high way my speed only 180km/h... RSM can able to set the CUT Off Speed?
