GSR question

Hi all,
Sorry i am newbie, like to check does GSR have a MAP sensor and how it look like? and is MAP sensor universal? Like those for other cars and Unichip type?

As i am planning to drop a GSR engine into my GTI and currently i have a EMS bolt on Turbo kit with GSR airfow running Unichip(ya done by poor Vis)

So i need to know can i keep the turbo kit(with t25) and put it on a GSR engine runing GSR MAF and ecu? so i need not run that stupid chip.
and which gear box is better? GSR or GTI?

I think u can use back the kit.. without the stupid chip. hahaha..
As for the gearbox.. of cos the GSR is better... as its built for the GSR engine.. not to mention its for a turbo engine, GTI gearbox is not meant for a turbo engine.

Gearbox question is subjective... different people different preference. Depends on which ratio u like more. I have friends running on GSR g/b... and i have friends running on GTi g/b on purpose also.

Why in the world would you wanna get a GSR and run on a TD25?!? Isn't that... a bit... SMALL? Then when u drop in your GSR, you'll be running low compression, and with that small turbine... i can guarantee you its going to be slower than your GTi with the EMS turbo kit. Not to mention the poor drivability with the low compression engine.

GSRs runs on MAF sensor btw.

why Gti ori gear box is not suitable to balance with the GSR turbo engine?? if i use gsr ori 4wd gear box, i have to lock 2 to get FWD only. i scare leaking problem and power transmission lost than ori 4wd gsr engine.

in the case of using GTi gear box in GSRt, any bad consequences ar?? or slower than the ori 4wd gsrt gear box??
