Actually, the Veyron's suspension/ride height is geared for road use, so it'll probably clear those pesky speed bumps. The suspension is electronically adjustable, so you can actually bring it up when you get to a tall speedbump.
I agree, I don't think we'll get to see a Veyron in Msia, but you never know, there's definitely 2 Enzos in Msia, and there are a few people rich enough to buy the Veyron.
I think I've read somewhere that you can buy 3 personal helicopters for the price of a Veyron.
