i got my high cams from MAG ... brand matspeed. its regrind cam. mine just 272/272 duration. planning to upgrade to wilder duration n lift ... if got money =p

btw mr David, since u using mivec 4g93 .. u can go for matspeed also .. i think for mivec degree is 306/306. i think that's the only spec for mivec since mivec standard cam is 288/300 in in/ex already ( 2nd profile).
if u got xtra budget then straight away go for JUN cams... its billet cam! u will tremble to see the sound if u put in the cams in ur engine. very powerful!

but for those with 93 all motor n without mivec head ... if got "budget" then go for JUN cam 304/304 or RPW 316/316. very powerful!

jun cams can set u back around 4k plus valve springs!!!!!.... i also using mat speed cams!!! i think with the prise i pay is ok.... ya high cams makes alot of diff in sound and peformances!!! so joe u set your ride at mag ah!!! gear box got bikin not!!!! sure power wan your car!!!!
