he can afford de monthly payment from his monthly part-time job...
or do he/she need any documents for it??
if cant.. den is there anyway to solve it???
thanksss..

u need ur parents who has steady income...if u need loan ler...if u can pay all full cash then no need...but just be extra cautious when buying ur selected car...

if im not mistaken the bank requries the parents of the student to be the gurrantor if the student is under 21 years of age .

1st must see the amount, if taking loan, then parents need to become a guarantor. If he debts that cannot be settled or blacklisted, then it will be a problem with you. If you buy the car using cash, then IRB might invite you for a TT session. Last time got a neighbour of my friend bought a Wira cash, the next morning he was invited for TT.

Not really buying wit cash u will get invited. Coz my sis bought a car using cash right after her P license and ntg happened.
If u hav a part-time job wit steady income..u can apply for loan wit a gurantor if im not mistaken. I asked maybank b4...mayb im wrong.

Well, they only come if they suspect something, such as never declare the yearly income or some people complaint on this. Time have change and maybe the rules also change.

Even people that declared their incomes, they might get checked as well. Its the irregular spending VS income gap that they're looking at.

It depends on who is applying for the loan, if your name, then you definitely need a guarantor. If your mom or dad, then it depends on his or her financial stability.

A college student can easily get a part time job that'll earn RM1.5k per month, with a payslip, maximum loan amount would be subjected to 1/3 of your monthly income. That means if the loan you applied for incurs that you have to pay RM600 per month from your RM1500 salary, your loan will need a guarantor or else will be disapprove. But if the loan amount is less than a third of your income, then you do not need a guarantor.

The need for a guarantor are also subjective to the brand of vehicle, year of make, and popularity of the vehicle as well. This is due many vehicle had depreciation rates far greater than the amount you will repay the finance companies for years to come, and if you've stopped paying, that particular vehicle cannot reimbursed the amount you owe. As far as i know, there are categories of vehicles, such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Proton, Perodua, BMW, Merc are all in the same category, whereas Mitsubishis, Volvo, Mazdas, Isuzus, Suzukis are in the second gap, then come the Fiats, Alfas, Audis, Renaults. The last group will always find difficulty in buyers, getting loan, and once get, extension of repayment would be minimal, most would only go up to 7 years, and interest rates are high (disregarding those that rebate to financial institutes. )

if taking loan, he/she must b aged 21 n above. if not, a guarantor needed.
blacklisted is another issue. everybody taking loans frm bank nowadays must undergo FIS n CITOS check. if everythg clear, then loan will b approve depends on documents submitted.

yahman...is difficult to get a loan for part timers...even me i last time worked as a part timer afford a car but still asked dad got get the loan for me...thn i pay my dad monthly...thts the best option....
