i bought one and use on my evo few years back..it looks almost like those selling at local aircond shop..

when i ask few guys,they said the rotating speed for the billion fan was different compare to those cheaper one

it does sounds very nice

If I remember correctly, Billion fans has more blades and it's design is very thin and compact...fan speed is also faster.
