For such a big company, the way they operate their help desk/customer service centre is down the tube. what a big let down. thumbs down.

once you call into the number, chances are the IVR will respond "YOU ARE THE NUMBER 10 IN THE QUEUE". you probably have to wait at least 30-45mins b4 u get attend, provided the system doesnt cut you off. otherwise you have to Q all over again.

IT REALLY SUCKS, whoever is in the forum and works for ASTRO pls let your management know. this is totally unacceptable :angry: :angry: :angry:
 
when arse-tro loose one(1) of you customer, it'll gain another couple of hundreds tommorow. no worries for them

Last 2 month astro double charged me. And since I was not in the country, my dad helped pay the 2nd reminder bill without knowing that i had already paid it when the first bill came.

And then a month back, they send me a apology mail about the double charge and telling me that i don't need to pay this months pay to even out. And it was sign by the COO (yes, it's computer generated signature but nonetheless i'm sure 'he' is sincerely sorry for their mistake)

My astro got cut this month. I called their Service Desk. Suprisingly it was quite fast to get them.

I made a big commotion and mention the COO's name even apologies for the f**k up and the helpdesk exec ask me "who is so-and-so?"

I just ask her. What is your CEO name. She said she will need to check, hold one for a while, came back and answer me. I ask her who is her COO and she put me on hold... and then she came back with.. "oh!!!". I got my service back in 1 hour. B)
 
I think Astro is getting suckier and suckier.

I already cancelled my Astro subsription.

Waiting for new cable tv, "MyTV".
