For such a big company, the way they operate their help desk/customer service centre is down the tube. what a big let down. thumbs down.
once you call into the number, chances are the IVR will respond "YOU ARE THE NUMBER 10 IN THE QUEUE". you probably have to wait at least 30-45mins b4 u get attend, provided the system doesnt cut you off. otherwise you have to Q all over again.
