faster reply le......quite curious to know it
cause it might be useful when jam brake and skid hahaha
that time i might think of your 'double clutch technique' could be useful
ah.. sorry for late reply.
double clutch is like how ppl drive old lorry/bus
u at one gear, when u wan to shift, press the clutch,
then u put in neutral, than let go your clutch and rev a bit (so the gearbox spin)
than u press the clutch and shift to your desire shift
this is cause old lorry/bus not have 'synchromesh'
our car gearbox have synchromesh,
but not have for 1st gear
thats why u cant shift into 1st gear when the car is moving
thus after u slow down your car with 2nd gear,
u can futur slow it down with 1st gear, but u need to shift in 1st gear
so i found out u can shift in 1st gear with double clutch when the car is moving.
so at 2nd gear and u r slow,
press the clutch, from 2nd shift to neutral,
let go the clutch, rev the engine a bit
than press the clutch again, and shift to 1st
u *NOT* have to use any force to shift into 1st, if the rev is correct,
just push slightly like normal shifting. if it can go in, it will go in,
if cannot, rev again to match the speed.
