loon i think is the power cable only lah i never heard of ppl using 8 guage speaker cable!! hahaha
the biggest i heard also 12 guage only never heard of 8 or 4 guage.

depends on what bass u prefer.my fren using JL with seal box but the kick there not enough.Now they change like mine to rockford 12"8ohm punch series with seal box. Because i still need some kick of soft bass, if hear soft the bass will come out in the front. A fren of mine using 15"rockford double magnet with seal box.15" bass more wider than 12". His sound is good....

SQ song got a lot....sentimental some ppl also consider SQ.

As for my agako temporary no money to upgrade yet but will consider changing the silver RCA cable & speaker wire for my dls to listen more. want to feel the difference 1st. Then later maybe will consider changing amp ( very expensive ).......

Ya Jchin, i support you. My friends also have this kind of case b4. Due JL DVC have so much low bass & this low bass sometime may become a noise for SQ system. my friends when listen my rockford punch 12" kick. Also change the Sub to Rockford punch....

Sometime too low will cause noise ....
It depend how you tune your ICE loh... and also difference people diferrence view...
Some prefer low bass for SQ, some say nope...
If you dislike low bass, choose sub special for SQ...

As i said in other forum before..different people different taste...As i knew a few people listen SQ they like portted box example like bazooka 8"...:regular_smile:

For bazooka 8", last time i try this at Golder....but feel that not enough kick for my taste lo....then change to rockford 12".

If feel not enough kick..try long throw woofer... which the woofer can jump more high...

I can say buy JL, DLS & RF too risk... too much imitation

Listen people say, but you don't try how you know it suitable your taste mah....
You better listen it and test it, then you will know it suitable or not...

DLS 3 way.. also got imitation...
