Hi guys!

Just finish with 4agze replacement supercharger kit by using Raptor Ball Bearing Centrifugal S/C from Australia!

Current mod:-

1) Raptor S/C
2) Used and modded HKS intercooler
3) Custom 2.5 inch and 3 inch piping
4) 1UZFE throttle body (70mm)
5)
Custom supercharger brackets
6) 5 button SAFC
7) Stock 4ac gearbox (c52)
8) 8 inch custom 6 puck clutch
9) 8 inch TRD clutch cover

Currently boosting at 0.8 bar/12 psi! Boost start to engage at 2500 RPM till redline!

Much stronger mid to high end power!

Haven dyno the engine yet, need to do a 200KM run in!

PLS feel free to share some comments!

Bro,

just curios...what the total RM$$$ like to do this conversion...I mean to convert the roots sc to your australian sc??

yeah ! can u state it out total how much $$ for it .
So the 4agze owner have a alternative way to upgrade except turbocharge it .

Depending on how is ur 4gze engine setup actually!

Supercharger is generally very expensive, definately cost alot more than turbo because they are better built than turbo's are and very predictable in term of boost and also Supercharger speed! Everything can be calculated with a calculator!

I dont want to scare everyone away actually! For those who are interested pls email me or call me!

We can arrange a time for meeting, where you can view the supercharger setup yourself!

This is the dyno result which i did today!

Boosting between 0.6-0.7 bar, somewhere in the middle!

Good reading !
btw did u run full boost on the dyno ....??

Yup!

But i was not the inside the car when they was doing the dyno run!

Might try to boost alittle higher next time when i get smaller s/c machine finish from the shop!

Power

Synchron

That is pretty ok for the little motor with moderate boost level, no drop off in power shows the system design for the SC install is good. Well done, so much more to come

err .. whats the torque curve like ??? very smooth even power all the way to 8000rpm laaa .. what ECU u using ???

zomg 171.9whp with less than 0.7bar? XD... me interested on torque band also..

---edit---

okay i got boring so i go plot a graph.. dunno correct or not but i just use the 5252rpm formula to find hp from torque and flip it around

damn nice nice.. :_: torque not peakie like some centrifugal charger.. i sense nice drifting setup

Qiw! I m still using stock standard ecu!

Rollakid! I think you should use 210 BHP if you want to use the 5252 right? That formula is for Brake Horse Power and Torque!

Not sure if this formula can be use with WHP!

I remember scoring at 192(something) at 7000 RPM. I gave back the torque dyno sheet to the owner!

Reformat

Do the figure again on the motor power and you should have representative torque. Good on you for having a go at making a chart!! Rollakid I am looking forward to your new version based on engine power

synchrone,
i think its the same, basically it just show how much torque is transfered to the ground :_: but i'll make one on the engine anyway, just for refference.... simple thing to do anyway..

here it is.. kinda prove one thing tho.. torque band curve pretty much the same :_:

I had suspect it has to be the same, just increase by the amount of drive train loss only.

Yes could be good drift setup in Haichi Roku :)

Rollakid!

I need to ask the torque sheet from owner and i will let you know the result later!

What is the efficiency of Raptor Ball Bearing Centrifugal S/C vs stock GZE S/C?
My friend has plug in HKS pulley + MINES ECU and was able to get 0.8bar.
Does it mean that he got higher BHP over your 0.7bar's result?

Tks

Levin 818!

For example:- I got a friend car currently doing 182HP on wheel with 7a block, 83.5mm bore pistons, HKS cams, HKS crank pulley, microtech LT8x, front mount intercooler. Still using the stock SC12 intercooler!

Centrifugal S/C are definately more efficient and reliable than the stock SC12 S/C!

S/C 12 got better low end torque and also faster spooling respond but the power die off very fast! SC12 are getting very old!
