2005 Myvi EZ 1.3 Gear issue

Hello sifus, my myvi encountered an issue where when full throttle at 3rd gear, when enter 4th gear my car will hard decelerate and only will enter 4th gear while my throttle is at full. So far didnt trigger any warning lights. Gearbox oil and filter already changed recently. Anyone encounter this issue before? Appreciate if some sifus give some guidance :D
